milemonster Bridgnorth 2nd Cross Country. Came 17th. I feel as though I ran fast but there were a lot of good runners there today.

Team Win No clue on the time but came 46th and felt like I improved on last race where I was 49th. I was hoping for top 40 at worst but standard seemed equal to Colwyn Bay which was surprising mainly because Telford AC had so many runners out so cant be too disappointed. Picked people off all way round and finished strongly, team performance was below par with same standard team out as last race but only getting 244 pts compared to last race's 218 pts with 1 or 2 runners not doing as well today.
