Ands great fun! not 10k I shouldn't think, felt shorter, and I had to queue for couple of obstacles. Wear fell shoes and long pants for grip/knee protection is the top tip.

Stunn Couldn't possibly have been 10k! Much shorter I think, my best 10k time before this was 47mins, and this was an assault course.
