Bayrunner First time out for my Morpeth Harriers running vest and a pb to boot which counts towards the Grand Prix series total satisfying morning. Funny didn't feel like running had a little stiffness in my lower back as a result of some hasty clean and presses whilst waiting for my wife to finish watching heart beat before we went out on thursday.
