lady alton This was a bit over my predicted time but a quite tough cross country up hill and down dale and with a short loop half way through at which point I was forced into the nettles by one of the speedy fast lads who obviously felt I did not get out of his way well enough! have to say yelling get out of the way whilst approaching at speed doesn't work very well as a good way of asking me! I was concentrating pretty hard on avoiding the roughest of the terrain at the time! but I am sure he had a good time!
