JuliaD Really good fun, a great experience, I would do it again. Very much enjoyed looking back down the hill at the snake of headlight winding around the estate. Only the brave would speed this as every footfall could be at a different angle and it is pitch black but for the light you carry yourself. A good ankle strengthener and a reminder to run softly and pick your feet up. A couple of nice sharp inclines in there too so you know you worked. The course was very well martialed with lots of warnings for areas that might be slippy or muddy. Runners with dogs had very happy dogs indeed getting to barrel around this one. No real photo ops as its in the dark! Good friendly atmosphere. :)
