BenDy Felt really good until that HILL at 9 miles which knocked me & then had to battle with a strong head wind. Lack of training started to show from 12 miles & totally exhausted by 15. Forced myself through the 5 miles doing over 9 min miles. Collapsed (quite literally) over the line almost 11 mins quicker than 2004! Totally knackered but delighted with the time - could I have scraped a 2:45 with proper training?

BlueWombat Fine day out, with some good craic shared along the way with Plodder. Final hill at 18 followed by final final ascent at 19 were hard, but then the last mile was a joy.
