McGettingThere Great Fun - Suffered a bit of kit failure. Chain fell off the bike about 30 secs into the ride meaning I had to do the whole thing on my small cog. Then on the second run the sole fell of my shoe which meant about a mile and a half of bare foot running on one foot...
