penpen fabulous!! need lots more bike practice...i'd only been out twice! the team spirit was really great, luca acted as my 'coach' and led me round the cycle part which was great. he knew my pace so all i had to do was follow him around the course! my corners were terrible and i lost loads of time there. a great experience and lots learned...especially DONT WORRY ABOUT IT JUST ENJOY!!!
