Sweaty Frank Slowest half-marathon I've ever run, by 10 minutes but I still won my age group among a bunch of very good runners. How did that happen? The weather and road conditions were brutal: heavy snow, -10 C, windy, and the hilliest half-marathon course I've ever seen.
