Dvorak About time for a wee sunshine break. Only a week after Alloa so probably be taking it fairly easy. Update - despite nearly missing the bus from Marbella (a sprint uphill required at 0720 for this) turned out alright. Warm but not too hot, and despite an uphill finish with a headwind in the closing stages, squeezed out a one second PB. Needed to run like someone possessed around the last lap in the stadium to do it. Kept the pace even, legs really tired over the last 3K, but did it. Ran along one section four times, shich was a bit strange, but meant you could see all the faster and slower people on the way. (Watch time: no start mats! Official time 2:00:17. Next aim is to see under 2 hours on the race clock.)
