Scott S Sluggish. Got injured after the Moray marathon in September and barely ran more than a few miles for the 1-2 months after that. Had to drop out of Loch Ness and my longest run was 6-7 miles around Washington DC two days before the marathon ;) Still, got round in the cold and felt like crap afterwards.
