Ally2 having gone through 3k in about 9:25 in a 31:46 10k this should be a sub 9. A daunting starting list made me fear for a back place. In the end came 16th out of 21 (1 woman) in 8:53.2 so big PB. started fast and lost places each lap until taking 2 owls runners on last lap.
