_andy Glad I did the race, but racing when ill is not a good idea. Hit the first uphill and just had no oxygen, plummeting backwards through the field. Rain and clag too to add to the fun. Picked up about ten places on the descent, but ended up jogging in for 63rd - 120 ran (including an amazing blind woman with much support)
