Grey Badger 10k race on roads and tracks in Hulne Park at Alnwick. Starts at 7 pm. Lovely setting. Only 1 sec outside my official PB. Will be doing this one again.

Lisrun This is a great race. Beautiful countryside, lovely views. Rained heavily on the journey north, but when we got there it was lovely evening. Race started further down last year's course because of a landslide and we did an extra bit to make up for it early in the race. By about 2K we were back on last year's route. Very pleased with my time which was over 3 min faster than last year. Coaster to all finishers and I won a 5 pound spot prize !
