Lasswade AAC Open Cross Country Race

daviec What a tough race! The heavy, muddy section along the bottom straight, followed by a long tough, steep climb back up to the playing fields was killer, and doing it 3 times!! Lost a bit of time on the last lap as I lost touch with the guys in front, and had nobody near me behind to push me on. Managed sub 6 pace for the last 1/3 mile though, and managed to lap a few folk as well :) Garmin made it 6.3 miles, getting 2.1 every lap so I reckon that was fairly accurate.
