jazz Pleased with my time as faster than last year. Felt more comfortable as didn't go off too fast. It was much cooler than the last 2 years this race has been on so that was better also!

Screeners Don't bet on me, calf playing up, if I do do this, it won't be a PB *AFTER* - got a PB and wasn't even trying! Haven't done any training or even much running. Really enjoyed this, quite hilly but I went out strong and felt good all the way through, even on the hills. My legs felt like they had a lot of
