ironman the next ironman on the world tour. will be looking for sub 11 hours. just done 11h17m at austria. looking to nail the bike to get under 11 hours. Training not going too well, not getting bike milage in, will be happy with 11-30 disappointed, wanted sub 11, everything went smooth till the heat finally shot me, threw up at 13 on the run then lost it there. great event, not sure whether would do it again, doint Bolton in 4 weeks
