#runningman 🏃 Yes I know this is 15 mins slower than my own PB but this is because I did not take part in this race for my own benefit. A friend of mine who is an occasional runner entered this race and wanted someone to run it with him. His target was to finish in less than an hour. It was hard to run much slower than normal but good to share in someone elses achievement.
