Lexo Times up now...19:03 so although pleased and PB bit mifffed again at missing the sub 19.00(role on Grangemouth!). Really like this race, particularly the wood section which is almost a pleasure to run!!. Nice crowd and decent standard of field. Had to run next to swarms of Porty and Motherwell club runners!! Well worth the 2 quid entrance fee . Also met RichyC at the end (good efforts ) and said hello ... Cheers Alex

PeterWard5 According to my Nike thingy ma jig I did the first mile in 7:10. Which makes sense it did feel like I was pushing. I suffered a lot for it after cos I is fat.

RichyC 17.53 - 27th place. Bit quicker than last year but not as much as I'd hoped for, thought might get closer to 17.30. Some tough wee hills in miles 2 and 3 though and went off way too quick so not surprising I slowed a bit.
