Ands No change with the weather - hot and sweaty, ran my hardest, as I worked out I should be able to get 24.30 if I really tried. No watch (it puts me off) so pleased to see from the results 24.25 for 5.4K, hilly and hot. So, i just need a cold, flat 5K now!
