Zorba The poor time is inexcusable , but I had forgotten how much I hate this event : the congested start ; the sharp hills and turns:the shoals of yapping local club runners ( I was even jeered at by a blonde Poodle spectating at the halfway point )......... On the plus side I find that sort of stuff all highly motivating and it could work in my favour in the coming weeks....
