Minks Over 28 degrees on the course and an 11 a.m. start. Really suffered with the heat after about halfway. Although a PB because I hadn't raced 10M before, it was outside my predicted time of 1:18 for this distance. Under the circumstances though I am happy with the result.

No.8 ™ Chuffing hot - 84 degrees and an 11am start! Not a PB, but a good race for my marathon prep. Flat course, excellent organisation, fantastic medal, brilliant marshalls - I highly recommend this race as long as you ain't a lover of scenery. About as scenic as the inside of a multi storey car park.
