Baza Hard 2 lap course. Just getting over a cold so took it easy tonight. 1st mile in 6:20 then picked it up and clocked 6:07 2nd mile. Picked of 2 folk on the 2nd lap. Happy with run.

Gokeith RAN A GOOD RACE,DIDN'T GET CARRIED AWAY WITH MACH3 START AND PAYED DIVIDENDS AS I WORKED WAY THROUGH FIELD TO FINISH 2ND-TOUGH COURSE WITH A FEW STIFF CLIMBS ON THIS 1MILE LOOP.MISSED A COUPLE OF TURNS ON THE 2ND LAP WICH COST ME ABOUT 10SECS BUT MADE NO DIFFERENCE TO OVERALL POSITION,WILL DEF HEAD BACK UP TO DO THIS AGAIN SOMETIME-IT WAS WORTH THE 120MILE ROUND TRIP!
