Club		 PB SB Pred Time WAVA
Lisrun Excellent run, beautiful village and route. Friendly village feel to the whole day. Recommended. Started very slowly, partly because I wanted to see how my calf muscle held up, but also because it was into the wind which kept me cool on a sunny day. Undulating course with about a mile off road which was hard on the ankles and occasionally muddy. Steep hill just before the finish. Bottle of Black sheep to all finishers.
