Alex Patton 10/184 - Fabulous race. Started quite conservatively but I knew what was coming up later on! Overtook a lot of people coming down the first steep downhill but lost a few of those back on the way up to Dunkery which mentally is the hardest part of the course, with the seemingly endless uphill rocky path going on for ever. Was 18th at the top but gradually picked people off on the way down to finish 10th. Ended up as 4th senior man (top 3 get momentos) which was a bit gutting but I guess I'll have to come back in better shape next year!

Boycie A race distance of 16.1m and several arduous ascents! Brilliant! Managed 2nd overall and 1st senior male - some quality trophies and a good outcome after yesterday's performance in the relays!!!
