Debstir That was a toughie! Loads of mud, really steep hills and a pair of Walsh's really don't help the rehabilitation of PF! Good course though, definitely what a cross-country course should be. 1st lap went ok but had to slow for the 2nd as my PF on my left foot was agony. Well done to magoo, may and jaykay who all ran superbly, picking up team prizes and jaykay for 1st overall female.

Jaykay My first X country since DNF at Scottish National X Country in 2005. Loved it. Was true hard X country. Never been so muddy after a Cross country race in my life.

May This should be fun...4miles x/c...shall be running as a guest,will make nice change from road racing!!shall try my best...then off shopping and sight seeing...then red vino and frankfurters!!!: )UPDATE.arriverd in Colonge on Friday race on Sat.time tbc..great event ladies race was 2 loops of very undulating ground some steep downhills as well knew on first lap that i had left my legs at Jedburgh!!!still tired but dug in some sections to pass spanish girl in front..finished 4th...1st ladies team..well done to Jaykay for 1st lady and to debstir...Men ran well to place 3rd team..well done to magoo!!: )
