Diogenes A hard race, up and down all the way. Felt tired and heavy-legged from the start. Ran at or around 8.30m/m pace most of the way round but had nothing left to speed up at the end. Think I actually slowed in the last mile and a quarter. Only realised when got home and checked on Fetch that I'd PB'd by 25 seconds. As this is slightly over 10k, that's even better.
