Mattw4de Not sure if going to do yet, so will see what i feel like Saturday First. All the same not expecting a miracle but shaving a minute off would be nice ;) Sorry will be pulling out of this, Calves even more painful today - Even more when sat or resting! Walking helps relieve but i'm definately not up to a race.. TENTATIVE
