ian9657 Hot Hilly and Windy Course, I ran a lot of it just behind or in front of Helen Morton. Finished in 22nd posn. A lot of Killie and Irvine Club runners ahead of me. Hard but enjoyable, felt that I was running strong.

kyt great wee-town run. shame to see Dunlop House unused. Well supported and marshalled. Massive negative split - must have come back in under 20 minutes.

The Belly Is Gaun Tae Get Ye Garmin shows a bit short, might have missed a bit at start. But better than yesterday. Typical North Ayrshire village / town course like the old days. Big well done to the organisers for getting this off the ground. Ran just in front of Ian for nearly entire race.
