Blister A lovely multi-terrain course around Dundry. Very hilly and rough going but the view was worth it. There is a very long drag up hill at about 4K and what I didn't realize at the time is that you go up the same hill again at about 8K. I started off very slowly as my legs were feeling very stiff and a bit sore. But at about half way when I over took the first lady I felt quite good so pushed on a bit. Saw a club mate the second time up the hill, I had to catch him and I did. Just managed to sprint past him on the last stretch, since I have never beaten him before I am pretty pleased with the result. Our club won the men's team prize, the winner was about 39 minutes. Came 30 out of 101 so not to bad after all.
