dazzabat Dont know what to make of this. Target was 26 and a half minutes and I just done 22! Is this the breakthrough I have been looking for or was the course short? Should be elated but cant imagine I have just run 5k almost 5 minutes quicker than my best training tim

lynzi This was my local running club where i did my beginners course, which ended with this race. so pleased with this.

Wally Garmin GPS measured the course as only 2.87 miles = 4.62km but still very happy with my time. Weather conditions were perfect.
