_andy Ambled along leg one for a warm-up (43 mins) then raced leg 2 (1h18, with over five minutes of stopping and chatting, don't ask...), then 'warm-ed down' for legs 3 and 4, with quite a bit of walking, for 3h40. The team time was just over 3h.
