Derby Fun Run

D2 have done this fun run before when i first started running. I've been 'injured' for a long time so this is the beginning of a very long slow come back, but i'm excited to be out there. UPDATE well i'm so unfit, its interesting that its not my legs it cardio vascular work i need to do more of i think. Anyway, i ran, it will get me motivated to do more and i got better as i went along. Best of all i meet other fetchies, (who of course were really lovely): Ian and Heidi, Lord Fetch himself and i saw some other fetch vests out there. Really lovely day, hopefully many more to come

jude Will be great to do this with Mum and step-daughter :) Don't hink I'll be going for a PB, although having never officilly raced 2 miles before could be a good place to start :) EDIT: great run! Thanks Ian for pacing me and Elodie. Never raced 2 miles before so this has to be a PB?!? Felt OK, foot a bit twingey and right hip complained the whole way but nothing terminal :):):)
