Lisrun Very hot day, sun beat down throughout. Felt a bit disappointed with time, I was hoping to get back under 50 min. Started way too fast (again!), even faster than I did at Melmerby. Good to do this run again, but without the flooding of last year. ITS Club 9 won the second non-athletic team prize - a nice surprise in the week the Olympics start ! The prizes went to the first three runners and so I gained a pair of gloves, which I won't be wearing for a while. Tee-shirt to all finishers.
