Club		 PB SB Pred Time WAVA
Goodlife Hoping for under 40 mins but it depends on the so called long hill at the start of the run!! Post run - 4 secs of PB but not down hearted as this course was much tougher than the Longlet 10km where I achieved my PB. Info I recieved was wrong (see above) Undulating course with long down hill at 1km then a punishing uphill at 6km with a sting in the tail from 8.5km just when you think you are home and dry. Well marshaled course with good signage in great countryside, I would certainly be doing this one next year.
