Club		 PB SB Pred Time WAVA
Bodge I will be doing a 10 mile run to the start. I have got an 8.5 min handicap this time but I will not be going hell for leather as I will have the run home. Legs were very tired and the heat of the day got to me in the end. plus i did 18 plus miles the day before and that also took its toll.
