Lisrun A sunny, but very windy evening. This was a two lap course which pases North Tyneside Hospital. On the first half of each lap the strong wind was in our faces. The second half of each lap was great ! Course was almost completely flat and was mixture of quiet roads, wide tracks and pavements and without the wind would be a good course for a pb. Unlikely ever to be muddy. Good technical tee shirt to all finishers and I won a spot prize (my second in eight days !) of an arm purse.
