Blister SH*T run! Didn't feel great from the start, went off too quick. I had leg 3 and started with another guy we did the first kilometre in 3:27 oops! Dropped him after the first hill (or bump over the motorway). Kept dropping the pace after 2k until 4k then pushed hard for home. I swore the last kilometre was around 3:30 as well but I recorded it as my slowest split by around 10 seconds (3:54). Apparently the course was long too, by around 100 meters so really I should have done more like 18:20, but that would still have been a bit slow. Our team finished 6th.
