Ally2 pb of 9:18 last April so hope to shave some seconds off this. Prediction from 10k time. Good race with similar standard runners. Started in lead for 400m until Norman (Owls) sped ahead, was 2nd until final 400m but sprinted from 4th to take 2nd in last 100 in 9:07.6 to take Collins (Notts) and Swaine (Charnwood). Pleased with 11 sec PB.

Pricey After starting too quick in previous track races I started more conservatively in this. Lost a bit of focus towards the end and was probably too conservative due to fear of blowing up. PB though and still learning.
