Sid if Im lucky I'll finish at around the 50 min mark!! At long last I managed to break 50 minutes but I think the course was shorter than 10k. Tough course with a couple of challanging hills at the start and lots of mud! Didn't like the loops around ploughed fields - thought we'd see more of the nicer bits of the grounds. Despite the PB, I don't think I'll do this again! After running two further 10s I'm now convinced this race was shorter than 10k therefore taking my time of 49.22 off as it wasn't a PB!

smiley broadling A whacking great hill just before 2k was made worse by the muddy conditions. Nearly got to the top but walked the final 50m. Apart from that I kept going and got a personal best - but won't take that too seriously until I do my next 10k, as the gps only measured 5.44 miles. UPDATE - yes, after 10k at Dorney Lake am convinced that this race was short and am removing actual time of 01:01:34 so it does not show up as a PB.
