Evil Rich the Dog Dazer No idea how long this might take. No idea what the ascent is. Very little idea about the route :-) Run it with Helen and enjoy rather than flat out. Update: 9hr 23 minutes. Really really tough day. Ran it with Helen and stayed with her, apart from the last mile up the hill when I made an effort to run it all. Boggy, swampy, tussocky, muddy. Lots of snow on the ground in places. We had snow, hail and heavy rain in the morning, brightened up to be beautiful by the end. You NEVER have a chance to get in to rhythm up on those moors. One minute you're running, the next you're stuck in bog! A GREAT day out, joints feel really knackered though.

Matt the Brum Great day out with varied weather and terrain. Very wet underfoot but generally quite runable as long as you didn't stry from the paths. Finished 1st in w5:24, they thought it might be a course record.
