Brown Wardle Hill Race (Rochdale)

DANBERT This race could quite easily be in the FRA race calendar in my opinion. It started with a steep climb up a tarmac road, then an rough path climbing up to the moor. From the moor it was a steep 'thumbs on thighs' fast walk up the steep face of Brown Wardle. The descent was a bit tricky but i managed it, then it was a good 1.5 miles of flat and slightly downhill running round the side of the hill before returning the same way we came out.
