Bramham Park 10K

Lisrun This event also included a 5K run and a 5K race. All of these seemed to start together and I was running alongside what appeared to be an 8 year old for the first kilometer before she veered off on a different route - luckily - I'm not sure I could have kept up with her. We also met up with the 5K walkers at one stage. The run was through a country estate and woods and up and down and sometimes a little muddy. Medal and calculator key ring and chocolate for all finishers. Pleased to get under 50 min for a 10K as I have not done that since March.
