bedlam_g Great fun and really tough course. The first half mile was through an ankle deep salt marsh then back for a mile along soft sand into a 30 mph wind. The second next section included 3 river crossings and a couple sand dune climbs. Finally there was a fast final mile over forest trails. Good workout.
