Snapstinget Anyone who bet on me shouldn't have. I am not well, bad chest, sore throat, snot coming out of ears, headache, etc, but decided to run it anyway as I'd promised to take some of Mrs S's group to the start. As it is, the result is amazing. It equals my best times last year. I should be able to knock 2 minutes off this time over the next few months. Today my legs just would not turn over faster, but I was not tired or desperate at any point. Mind you the splits are all over the place!
