Club		 PB SB Pred Time WAVA
Karate woman 186 laps of Aldersley Stadium track - 47 miles. This run is all for charity and only £5 to enter, so no goody bags etc, but if you stop until the time is called you get a ginger beer drink! It starts at 8am and finishes at 8pm, but you can come and go as much as you like. You are chipped so it records every lap you do and you can slip up to the computer and put your number in and it will tell you how many laps you have done. For each lap you do you release a £1 from the treasure chest (money which has been donated by local businesses). You can take your own food and drink or there is the cafe in the centre. Toilets and showers are available in the centre although by 8pm the showers have closed. Bonus: if you do a hundred laps you become a centurion and will be invited to tea at the Mayors Palour later on in the year, where you will receive a certificate.
