Rach E Beds, Berks & Oxon XC champs. Finished 3rd. Horrid course on Newbury racecourse that wasn't true XC. 40% of the course was tarmac and I regretted wearing spikes. People in trail shoes had the best runs today. I was pleased with how I ran though. Not garmined and I suspect the course was longer than the billed 6km.
