BigChiefRunningBore Plan was to run hard to BullBeggars Lane (a feck off hill) and hammer down the other side to finish. iLimited by chest infection and no running for two weeks but not a bad effort. Out sprinted by two 9 yr olds at end!

katief89 Just missed out on sub-40! But first proper 'race' I've done since taking up running - think I did it far faster than I used to when I was made to take part at school! Bulbeggars was a killer on the shins, if I hadn't have had to stop a few times to stretch them out it would have been under 40..
