anthony a I had done this race in 2005 and had a vague recollection that it was quite hilly. The first 3.5 miles all seemed to be a bit of a climb with a couple of nasty steep sections that gets the HR going up but it's mostly downhill in the last couple of miles.

Decided to take it quite steady as ankle was still hurting a bit and wanted to save some energy for the rescheduled Frampton 10k on Tuesday and so I finished in 59:11 - hopefully can be faster on Tues on the fast Frampton course.

Pinchi Mostly uphill for the first 3 to 3.5 miles, a bit tougher than I expected. Speeded up second half and pleased with time fastest 10k this year and 2nd fastest 10k all time.

sLickster Got race fever, after having trained for a few months for the 10km the week before. I heard about this local one and thought I would have a go. No idea of the course, but a pretty big hill at the start and then some more up hill but a good downhill to the finish. A bit disappointed with the time, but two races in a week, for a beginner!
