sanddancer 11/1/06 Prediction: I was under the weather last time. Hopefully for this one I'll be quicker. Look out numbers 59 & 116... I'm hot on your trail! Result: Spot on my target time and another PB. Found it very difficult to get going again and by 4km was behind my target pace. Managed to pick things up at the end where my sprint finish brought about a headlong tumble at the line!
